Email wuyuxai@gmail.com. One person reads that inbox, and he also wrote the app, so a bug report lands directly on the person who can fix it. English, Chinese or Japanese, whichever is easier.
What helps: which screen, which language the interface was in, and for a wrong question, the number shown at the top of it. What does not help much: "the app is broken."
A question looks wrong
Send me the number. Every question names the document it came from, so I can check yours against that document rather than against my memory. If the question is wrong I fix it and say so in the release notes; if it is right I will tell you which line of which document says so.
The translation in my language reads badly
Probably true, and I want the exact sentence.
The Japanese is the source text. The eleven other explanation languages began as machine drafts, and where a draft disagrees with the Japanese, the Japanese is right. I read three of those twelve languages, which is why reports like this are the most useful mail I get.
I paid and it says I have not
Open the purchase screen and press Restore. Purchases are tied to the Apple Account that bought them, so make sure the phone is signed in to the same one. If Restore still does not find it, email me the date of purchase and I will help.
I want a refund
Refunds are Apple's, not mine, because Apple took the payment. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com. If something is broken, tell me first and I will try to fix it.
Will you add my language?
The interface is already in 35 languages, and adding one more is mostly mechanical. Explanations are a different matter and currently stop at 12. A button labelled wrong is annoying; an explanation that is wrong teaches somebody the wrong rule and they find out at the test centre. Tell me which language you need and I will add it to the list.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, all of it.
Is it the real exam?
No, and no app has the real exam. These are practice questions written from the published rules. The app has no connection to any police force, driving school, or government body.
