Every question in the app names the document it was written from. This is that list.
Publishing it is the point. Otherwise you are taking my word for what the rules say, and I would not take my own word for that. If a question contradicts the document it cites, the question is wrong; tell me and I will fix it.
The dates below are when I last fetched and compared the document, not when it was published.
Where a source publishes a stable file, the app stores its SHA-256 as well. A ministry can edit a PDF in place without changing its filename or its date, and the checksum is the only thing that notices.
